It shall be the executive body of SelaQui Academy and shall conduct academic, administrative and financial and other affairs of all the institutions under the management of SelaQui Academy.
Members on the Executive Council shall be drawn from amongst the members of the Board of Governors and Senior Faculty. The Gurukul Trust may nominate any other person, as it deems fit, to the executive council.
Members on the EC shall ordinarily, hold a three year term and it may be renewed my mutual consent. However EC may make exceptions where necessary and expedient.
The council will meet at least once every quarter but may meet more often as be essential for the efficient management of the academy.
The Chairman of the BoG shall also be the chairman of EC. The director of SelaQui Academy or any other Dean/senior professor may be nominated as the secretary of EC and shall occupy the position at the pleasure and discretion of the Chairman of EC.
