Since teachers tend to become role models it is essential they, at all times and in all situations; personal or professional, conduct themselves in manner that invokes respect and trust of those they teach and work together with.

Members of the faculty at SelaQui would be expected to research their discipline and be always updated with the latest developments in their subject in the world. Not just that, since all learning is cross-curricular, they would be expected to be updated in other related subjects too.

They would have high expectation of their students and would constantly encourage them to perform to their capacity. In doing so, they would be expected to extend group and individual support to every single student who needs it.

At the personal level, they would strive to live up to the institutional values and attitudes. Their personal skills in area of linguistic competencies, presentation skills and critical and creative thinking would inspire students. The faculty would be expected to exhibit all of what they and SelaQui may expect of students.
