SelaQui Academy would invite the best in profession faculty to join its ranks. In inviting faculty with proven track record, it would strive to provide an invigorating and enabling environment so that each one of them is able to contribute their mite to the effort.

There would be a healthy mix of Permanent and Visiting Faculty. It is expected that visiting faculty enrich the learning environment by bringing to the campus some of the best practices worldwide. It also introduces variety in approach and strategies to improve student learning.

Full-time faculty at SelaQui Academy would be assisted by visiting faculty drawn from leading institutions, including the IITs, IIMs.

To ensure that students get a rich taste of real life professional challenges, SelaQui Academy would encourage middle level and senior managers to take sabbaticals to live on the campus and conduct some structured courses in consultation with the academy faculty.
