SelaQui Academy faculty would provide industry-specific training programs in diverse managerial areas, both in public domain & customized for companies on topical areas. MDP programs would also be done in collaboration with professionals from other organizations & institutions in India and abroad. MDP Cell at SelaQui Academy would own all MDP activities at SelaQui Academy of Higher Education. MDP calendar would be published at the beginning of every 6-month-period, and disseminated through diverse marketing channels to attract wide participation.

MDP activities would be done through a structured approach & process-framework, covering all aspects, including:-

• Topic-selection
• Training Needs assessment – in case of Company-specific MDP
• Content-design
• Selection & co-option of Resource persons
• Marketing & Logistics arrangements
• Fee-sharing framework
• Methodology of Customizing Delivery & Feedback
