SelaQui Academy starts it FDP, Faculty Development Program on the 19th of July 2010 at Dehradun. In doing so, it would perhaps be the first institution in the country to conduct a month long Faculty Induction & Development Program.

It would ensure that every classroom session is designed and transacted along planned and agreed outcomes and it also ensures that students benefit by way of assimilating knowledge, building skills and attitudes.
