The whole concept, design and organization of SAHE, including its day-to-day activities are centered on close and ongoing interaction with the industry, whether in terms of research, industry-linkages, visiting faculty Board of Governors, Board of Advisors, Academic Councils, MDP Programs, and Consultancy Projects. This gives abundant assurance to every student, parent and faculty member that placement– whether for Summer Training Projects or for end-of-the-course Jobs – would flow naturally for every student.

A dedicated Training & Placement Cell- TPC would be the designated owner for the placement process. TPC would also undertake career counseling for students in order to identify the career goals, interests and skill sets of the students and channelize their potential accordingly. This would be supervised by a highly professional team of career specialists and counselors who would conduct timely workshops, personality development sessions and life skill training to provide the students enough ‘instruments’ not just to land the dream job, but scale high in the career path as well. SAHE is in the process of signing MOUs with a number of companies for the purpose of inviting guest- speakers, placing students for internship projects and for help in job-placement.

Well-defined Placement processes along with a transparent Management Information System- MIS would guide the Placement processes, including:-

• Participating in Companies’ accreditation schemes

• Organizing visits and presentations by Industry executives to SAHE students    and faculty

• Preparing Placement Brochures & Placement calendar

• Rules of engagement & signing-up between students and companies
